The food and facilities

Booking.com where not honest and took money for a misleading upgrade. The upgraded room did not have a balcony nor a view and that was not stated. Just took our money. We will not book through Booking.com again

The food is great, the staff is really friendly, the location is perfect!

They lost my luggage, but gave me an upgrade to my room.

Perfect size. Not too big. Food was fantastic and had tons of options for us. Location was excellent right by food and attractions and great shopping Lots of activities for kids

Our room was not well cleaned. The balcony was full of cigarette butts and I asked them to clean it a few times and no one came. The bathrooms could use better cleaning as could most of the rooms. I don’t rate it well for cleanliness.

We chose the Lagoona for a few days after arriving in Israel and heading to Jordan. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a marina view room that was good sized and well equipped. The restaurant provided very good, fresh meals with a wide and changing variety available. They provided some nice entertainment and some alcohol is also included. We did go out for a nice walk one evening, but other than that there was no reason to leave the resort.

They were busy so shady spots around the pool were at a premium.

parking is problematic , very few spaces at the hotel and outside it’s paid parking bed pillows very uncomfortable wifi inside the rooms was not good pool area was always reserved with towels and people were not using them and there were no empty ones to use drinks at the bar horrible , barman needs to be changed or send to learn

The security guy (I believe Vadim) was exceptionally helpful.

Some staff members should be trained more for work in the hospitality business. The bar staff should not pick the nose in front of the customer at the bar.

Everything! Starting with the staff (and sorry if I forgot anyone), May & Alex welcomed us on our arrival with a smile and good will. To be honest I've never had the privilege of reserving an "all-inclusive" hotel, therefore, I didn't actually knew what to expect. But boy oh boy, what fun we had! The location - center of everything (tourist area of course), the room - bigger and better than expected. 3 meals a day, anyone? Fantastic meals! Lots of commodities, the sauna and the pool were my favorite. Beer, beer, beer & beer all day long! The staff, each and everyone of these great hard working men and women starting with receptionists and up to the cleaning team, from the bottom of our hearts - Thank you!!! Special thanks to Nikita the bartender for keeping me and my wife happy with beverages. Most recommended! We're already planning our next vacation in Eilat, most definitely will be there again. See you soon.

Parking. Lack of parking to be precise. On our arrival we had no problem with parking, yet on our second day we went on a trip across the city and further and on our return to the hotel, someone else took our spot (which is ok) but no other spot were seen anywhere near our hotel. So we had to park further and pay with Pango for our parking. I must say that with the premission of Marlena the manager, we got refunded for our Pango - so thanks for that.

Food was very good, staff was friendly, rooms were spacious.

When we came our toilet was not well clean. It was a big disappointment as we really payed a lot for this room - this is basic, - make sure the toilet is clean when a new guest comes in - we came 3 h after allowed check in, so they had plenty of time. We complained and they cleaned it right away and 2 days later they completely replaced the old toilet cover with a new one. I will assume it was a mistake that happened because the hotel was super busy with a season peak, but they should pay attention to these things, specially in Corona times, specially when a new guest is coming to the room.
